CPPL has 2 manufacturing location in Karur

UNIT – I
located in SF – 551, Tamil Nagar – West, Andan Kovil East, Covai Road, Karur, this manufacturing unit produces product like polypropylene and ldpe monolayer products along with flexo and gravure printing products in roll and all type of pouch *forms with an installed capacity of 1450 MTs/year.

UNIT – II:
located in Plot No. C-7, Karur Textile Park Limited, Thalapatti Village, Puthamputhur - (POST), Karur, this maufacturing unit produces like Garments, Biscuits, Confectionery, Rusk, Spices, Edible oil, Salt, Dal, Milk, Ghee, Paneer, Atta, Maida, Rava, Wheat and Detergent Powder flexible laminates of food and non-food grade packaging.

Blown Film:



TCPP operated blown film of “Kolsite” make 3 layer extruder machine with an annual capacity of 850 MT.

We are processing, all type of laminate grade films for all food and non food grade sector for flexible laminates application.

Maximum Width 1050 MM

Minimum thickness 20 micron and Maximum thickness 200 microns

Printing:

The Units are equipped with 8 Roto-Gravure Printing machines with contemporary features like auto-registration, web video and defect detection system - which ensure consistent and high quality multi color printing. Our Units has “C-Trevedi” make Printing machine with a speed of 200 Mtrs / Min

Lamination:



We have lamination machines of “C-Trevedi” make solvent based lamination facilities which help us to meet the requirements of various industries.

Operated at max speed of 180 - 200 mpm

Substrates like foil, poly film, all grades in pet, CPP and BOPP etc.

Width up to 1050 mm

Defect Detecting System

Slitting:

They can achieve speeds upto 200 mtrs/min with a working web width of 1100 MM suiting the upstream printing and lamination processes with a roll diameter and a roll meter that can be auto set in the machine for precision.

High quality slitting machines ensure that the coils are wounded properly and are free to use on the FFS machines

Pouching:



A variety of Material structures are available to make the pouches attractive. Pouches can be plain or multi colour printed on our Roto Gravure Printing facilities.

Branding is a decisive factor in the success of any product. Pouches of various types offer a different dimension to branding. Our packaging facilities can make customized pouches such as Side sealed, Centre Sealed, Side Gusset, and pouches with Zip Lock, D Cut, V-Notch, Loop, and Easy Pour for Liquid packaging etc.

We have 12 In-house pouching machines, including High Speed & normal speed pouch making machines from Mamtha, XL Plastic, Star to manufacture pouches with high precision and high end applications such as Retort packing, liquid packaging etc.

It has a gusset, or fold, on either side of the bag.
The gussets expand when the package is filled with product this Increases the volume of the bag
