Our Unit – II is a part of “Classic Group” in Karur and is known as packaging since the company was found in 1997 as RR Traders
and it has been laterly migrated to “The Classic Poly Pack”.

The classic Poly Pack has its humble beginning in 2005 with the visionay BUSINESSMAN Mr. P. Rajendran with a team of committed
expertise in business friendly location of Karur, suituated about 120 kms from coimbatore, a major business hub of South Indi a.
Although a new beginning, we have a reputation of timely deliveries, unwavering custom service, effective partnership, unmatched

TCPP has a research and development facility comprising of highly specialized researches having expertise in polymer science and
packaging application. Other than polymer engineers, R&D team comprises of post graduates from leading packaging institutes of the
country, who provide a multitude of valuable insights and innovative ideas in the area of developments around the world, and to
innovate and provide tailor-made solutions.
TCPP’s R&D team plays an advisory role by being involved with the client at every stage from design to manufacture. The team focuses on maximization of value and constantly works towards development of smart alternatives and substitutes in packaging. TCPP is perhaps the first company in its space which has enhanced its infrastructure with a special attention to the stringent standards of the food and pharmaceutical sector. Our quality assurance team ensures implementation of quality directives duri ng raw material, work-in-progress and the finished product stages, thereby completing the quality product promise that TCPP provides.

The quality assurance function is a subset of the over-all quality philosophy, reflected by the quality policy. The quality assurance team ensures implementation of quality directives and the raw material, Working Progress and the finished product stages. Quality Assurance Starts from quality scrutiny of vendors and cuts across purchasing , inventory management and Production, planning and control function. All the dispatches have sealed & certified approval of quality Assurance. Our production process has a built – in traceability mechanism to track, trace and identify deviations if any at any stage of the process.
